About the Role
AMCORP Engineering & Construction (Private) Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Environmental & Social Expert to facilitate on-site operations for a power infrastructure project in Sindh. Degree
- B.E./B.S. (Environmental Engineering)
Experience
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience Preferably in grid station or power infrastructure projects Minimum one (1) HV substation project (220 kV substation or higher)
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the project’s Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) to ensure compliance with national regulations and client standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to oversee environmental protection, waste management, and community safety measures.
- Manage E&S documentation and reporting, including monitoring records, incident logs, and monthly compliance summaries.
- Coordinate with contractors and local stakeholders to ensure effective environmental safeguards, worker welfare, and grievance redressal.
- Provide on-site awareness, training, and technical support to promote sustainable and socially responsible construction practices.
Certifications
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Other HSE-related certifications (preferred)
