AMCORP continues to reinforce its commitment to Health, Safety and Environment through consistent, practical engagement on site. As part of this effort, an HSE Workshop was recently conducted at the QICT Berth Expansion project to strengthen safety awareness and enhance day to day risk management across teams.
The session focused on key safety requirements including PPE types and use, proper harness application, fall protection, on site hazard identification, and the importance of routine safety equipment audits. Team members also participated in discussions aimed at developing a proactive safety culture and improving collective responsibility across the site.
We were pleased to host external moderator Mr. Muharram Ali, along with representatives from DP World and Techno Consult International. Their participation added valuable insight and elevated the overall effectiveness of the workshop.

Daily safety habits will continue to be reinforced across all AMCORP sites. Teams will begin each shift with an HSE review, confirm activity risks, and maintain PPE compliance. Midday assessments, equipment checks, and hazard log updates will support ongoing risk control.
End of day documentation, photo filing, and next day planning will remain mandatory to ensure smooth continuity of work. Engineers and supervisors will also continue shadowing senior staff during high risk operations to strengthen technical and safety understanding.
AMCORP remains committed to building a consistent, accountable, and safety driven environment across all projects. These small but continuous improvements contribute directly to safer sites and stronger operational performance.
