AMCORP is constructing warehouses designed for bulk and general cargo storage, alongside reinforced internal pavement works built to carry heavy vehicle loads, port machinery, and continuous cargo traffic around the clock. Weighbridges are being installed across the terminal to support logistics tracking and accurate cargo management. Wet utility networks address water supply and site drainage, while dry utilities cover power distribution and communications infrastructure throughout the terminal boundary.
An admin and utility block provides operational management and monitoring facilities for terminal staff and site supervisors. Silo foundations are included where required, accommodating future bulk handling equipment and supporting the terminal's growing long-term operational capacity.
AMCORP executes this contract under a Design and Build framework, combining engineering design and physical construction within a single, coordinated delivery structure. This approach keeps design decisions directly responsive to actual site conditions and compresses the overall program timeline without compromising quality.
KGTML's backing by AD Ports Group means international port operational standards govern the entire development program. AMCORP's ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified management systems, supported by NEBOSH-qualified HSE staff and qualified lead auditors, maintain quality, environmental compliance, and site safety consistently throughout construction.
KGTML's Multipurpose Cargo Terminal plays a direct role in strengthening Pakistan's logistics efficiency and trade competitiveness at the Port of Karachi. AD Ports Group, a globally recognized port and logistics operator under the Abu Dhabi government, connects this terminal to trade networks spanning the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia. AMCORP's civil and structural works provide the ground-level foundation that enables the terminal to function at full operational capacity from day one.
This project adds meaningfully to AMCORP's growing port infrastructure portfolio and reinforces the company's position as a trusted general contractor on landmark engineering and construction projects across Pakistan.
