The structure was designed with 3 Basements to accommodate essential parking and services, topped by the main building comprising Ground plus 8 Floors. This multi-level design necessitated meticulous planning.

Delivering this structure involved advanced Piling Works for the foundation, which is a critical step for ensuring the stability of high-rise buildings. The project achieved a total covered area of 112,000 sft of grey structure. This experience affirmed AMCORP's capability to successfully deliver large-scale, structurally complex buildings, expanding its presence in key urban centres.

The entire grey structure construction was completed efficiently in just 18 months. A notable achievement of this project was successfully maintaining the schedule despite the widespread disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The project specifically utilised Pile foundations, a technology which AMCORP considered a vital step toward furthering its expertise in high-rise construction within its overall portfolio.
