Utilising this technique, the company was able to manufacture all structural components. Specifically, 28 columns, 45 beams, and 48 slabs, miles away from the building site. This off-site fabrication occurred approximately 40 km from the final location.

By moving the bulk of the intensive concrete casting work to the company yard, they effectively mitigated construction disruption and minimised material storage needs at the congested urban site.

The most significant achievement of this project was the speed of the on-site assembly. The entire set of structural precast elements, once transported from the fabrication yard, was successfully erected within an astonishingly rapid schedule of just 16 days. This exceptional pace validated the core advantage of precast solutions, drastically accelerating timelines.
