Multi-Disciplinary Infrastructure

This project involved a large-scale contract where EMAAR Islamabad entrusted AMCORP with two major infrastructure packages at the DHA Canyon Views development. The packages covered the Emaar Entertainment & Commercial Village (Package 3A) and the Meridien-02, Alma-02 & Collector areas (Package 4B). This contract required AMCORP to demonstrate its full multi-disciplinary capacity in executing comprehensive infrastructure services.

The contract was a direct result of the long-term trust established following the successful delivery of the large-scale Package-1 Grading and Allied Structures project. By successfully managing such diverse structural and infrastructure requirements concurrently, AMCORP proved its ability to deliver essential multi-disciplinary services to meet stringent international client standards.

Integrated Scope of Works

The project delivered a comprehensive scope encompassing all necessary components for a functional urban environment. This included extensive Road Works, covering both internal access infrastructure and key site access points. Furthermore, the scope included the execution of all Structural Works, such as retaining walls, culverts, drains, and perimeter boundary walls.

A critical portion of the scope involved the installation of integrated utility networks, divided into Wet and Dry Services. Wet Services included water supply, irrigation lines, storm drains, and the main drainage networks. Dry Services comprised street lighting systems, underground medium- & low-voltage services, and full telecom ducting infrastructure.

Execution and Strategic Value

Executing these two complex, simultaneous packages affirmed AMCORP's efficiency and logistical expertise in handling diverse construction requirements across an entire development site. The ability to manage multiple utility networks and structural elements concurrently, while maintaining coordination with the client, was key to the project's success.

The successful delivery of this detailed infrastructure laid the essential groundwork for the subsequent vertical construction and commercial operations within the Canyon Views Development.
