This project was awarded by EMAAR Pakistan for the construction of a dedicated Car Parking Space and roundabout near the Coral Towers. The successful execution of urban mobility infrastructure is essential for the functionality and user experience of any high-end residential area. This contract reinforced AMCORP's role as a trusted partner in delivering comprehensive external improvement works for major urban schemes.

The construction required a meticulous process to ensure durability and high usability. The scope involved preparing the area, including the crucial task of dismantling existing road surfaces to prepare the base for new pavement structures. Managing this demolition and sub-base preparation efficiently was key to adhering to the project's overall timeline.

Execution of Pavement and Finishes

The core technical work involved the precise laying and installation of new pavement elements. This included the expert Installation of Kerb Stones, which define boundaries and drainage paths. Following this, the Installation of Pavers was executed to the highest aesthetic and structural standards required.

A critical component was the application of durable Asphalt pavement for the primary road and roundabout areas, ensuring long-term resistance to traffic load. The final touch involved Lane/Pavement markings for clear traffic guidance. The project also required the Relocation of existing elements, including Light Poles and Kids' Play Area Equipment, guaranteeing optimal site utilisation.
