ENI Civil & Earth Works at (Tajjal and East Sindh Concession) & (Kirthar & Sukhpur Concession)

Executed civil and earth works in remote and challenging terrains, including constructing well sites, access roads, and camp facilities across multiple ENI concessions.

Overview

AMCORP executed extensive civil and earthworks across multiple ENI concessions, including Tajjal and East Sindh (Contract No. 1) and Kirthar & Sukhpur (Contract No. 1 & 2). The projects were located in demanding and remote terrains such as the Badhra plateaus and Kadanwari desert fields.

The comprehensive scope involved constructing numerous well sites, establishing camp facilities, and building essential blacktop and gravel access roads and utility networks. Significantly, AMCORP achieved early project completion with a commendable record of zero Lost Time Incidents (LTIs).

Challenging Terrain and Comprehensive Scope

These contracts required execution in some of Pakistan's most difficult and remote terrains, specifically the Badhra plateaus and Kadanwari desert fields. The scope was comprehensive, covering all necessary civil infrastructure for Exploration and Production (E&P) operations.

Services delivered included civil and earth works, the construction of multiple well sites and rig sites, and the establishment of camp facilities. Essential infrastructure was also built, such as blacktop/gravel access roads, culverts, drainage/sewerage networks, and water supply systems. The necessity of constructing these facilities in isolated areas demanded sophisticated planning and self-reliance.

Advanced Execution and Resource Mobilisation

AMCORP employed a wide range of heavy earthmoving equipment to manage the challenging ground conditions. Activities performed included concreting, earth filling, mechanical compaction, and, critically, rock cutting through blasting. This approach was necessary to navigate the harsh geological landscape.

This large-scale earthmoving required a strong leadership presence on the ground to ensure the full and rapid mobilisation of resources. This meticulous planning enabled smooth progress despite extreme operational conditions, including high heat, isolation, and long-distance logistics. The diverse projects included various well sites such as Thar-1, K-19, Bhit-13, and Badhra-8.

Safety, Efficiency, and Client Confidence

A major achievement across these contracts was the commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. The projects achieved early completion while maintaining stringent safety compliance, resulting in zero Lost Time Incidents (LTIs). This performance validated AMCORP's operational discipline and stringent HSE commitment, especially under difficult operating conditions.

The successful execution, spanning from 2009 to 2013, earned formal client appreciation from ENI Pakistan Ltd.. This proven track record in the oil and gas sector established AMCORP's reputation for performance excellence, safety, and efficiency in remote and highly sensitive environments. These multi-contract awards demonstrated lasting trust from the international E&P client.
