The core structure was a 72,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered building. It is notable for being one of the very few pre-engineered buildings in Pakistan with a curved roof, requiring specialised precision and installation skills to meet international standards.

The Gerry's Dnata Import Warehouse project involved the construction of a substantial 72,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered building. This structural choice reflected the need for rapid deployment and modern construction standards. The building was designed specifically to accommodate advanced storage operations, namely the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) facility.
A major technical distinction of this project was the roof design. The structure features a curved roof, marking it as one of the very few pre-engineered buildings in Pakistan with this characteristic. Executing this curved roof required specialised precision and high-end installation skills to ensure its structural integrity and aesthetic alignment.
