Record-Setting Mobilisation and Speed

The Naimat Gas Plant project presented an extreme challenge due to the aggressive six-month completion deadline set by UEP during a national gas crisis. AMCORP, recently prequalified, was awarded the project within a week of bidding. Showcasing its forte in remote-area execution, AMCORP mobilised its resources within just five days.

The commitment and speed demonstrated were unmatched: by the first evening of mobilisation, the team had already poured concrete. This rapid commencement highlighted AMCORP's unmatched commitment and urgency, a reputation built on working in 56 various cities/areas of Pakistan.

Precision Civil Engineering Challenge

Since the entire plant, including the 160 MMSCFD processing equipment, was fabricated in China, the civil works demanded absolute precision. This was particularly true for the foundation work, which required the flawless placement of more than 3,000 anchor bolts.

AMCORP successfully delivered the project on time, with flawless alignment and installation of the foundations. Managing constant shifts in shipment schedules and design changes required day-and-night coordination between AMCORP's engineers and the client's team. This project is considered one of AMCORP's proudest milestones.

Mega Contract Status and Recognition

The project was executed in the Sirani Block, Badin District, Sindh. This achievement solidified AMCORP's expertise in executing mega contracts, delivering the civil works for a 160 MMSCFD plant. The scale and successful execution meant this feat has been achieved by only a handful of companies in Pakistan.

The successful delivery demonstrated AMCORP's extensive experience in the E&P industry. It proved the company's capability to deliver a high-quality, high-precision civil scope, laying the necessary foundations for a major industrial gas processing facility.
