This project marked AMCORP’s pivotal first venture into Pre-Casting works, introducing an advanced construction technique relatively new to the local market at that time. The scope included the complete design and execution of the precast wall, ensuring a secure, durable, and cost-effective solution for Parco.
The entire design and execution were managed by AMCORP's in-house engineering team. The use of precast panels enabled an accelerated installation process, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

The Supply and Installation of Precast Wall Panels for the Parco Coastal Refinery was a landmark project, representing AMCORP’s deliberate strategy to pioneer advanced construction methods. It was the company's first foray into Pre-Casting works, introducing a technique that offered significant advantages over conventional construction, particularly in terms of speed and quality control.
The entire project, from concept to installation, was managed by AMCORP's resources. The complete design and execution of the precast wall were undertaken entirely by the in-house engineering team. This dedication to innovative execution affirmed AMCORP's commitment to setting new benchmarks in construction efficiency within Pakistan.
The client required a solution that was highly functional for a remote industrial environment. AMCORP successfully delivered a secure, durable, and cost-effective wall solution that perfectly aligned with the client's stringent requirements. The inherent quality control advantages of precast fabrication contributed directly to the long-term robustness of the installation.
The most notable operational achievement was the project timeline. The use of precast wall panels facilitated an accelerated installation process, which was critical for the refinery's schedule. The successful delivery of the Parco Coastal Refinery project significantly diversified AMCORP's portfolio, solidifying its place in the oil and gas infrastructure sector. It also established the foundation for the company's rapidly expanding expertise in precast structural works.
Building on this success, AMCORP later applied its precast expertise to other major projects, including the SECMC Silo, ABL Timber Market Branch, and ABL Sundar Estate Branch. This project, completed between 2019-2021, ultimately showcased AMCORP's capability to adopt innovative methods and reliably execute specialised structural solutions for key industrial clients.
